1. 1.  Check if 1st invoice was paid
   2. Exchange of contacts: All involved should have access to a document with client contacts (this can be in the main technical document where stakeholders are described) – Create a trello card with the contacts
   3. Create the whats app group (if needed) and a slack channel
   4. A Solutions Architect should be designated for the project (this may or may not be the same person as the Project Manager).

      Responsibilities:

      1. Work with the client and the team, based on the initial proposal, to decide on the technologies to be used, considering the project needs and the available team.
      2. Be included in the team’s Slack channel.
      3. Participate in the kickoff meeting—with the client and the team—to clarify all technological aspects, such as the main technologies and libraries (backend and frontend), gitflow, architecture and connections, APIs, authentication, security, and the creation of development and testing environments.
      4. Participate in standups or on the Slack channel whenever necessary.

A Project Manager should be designated for the awarded work.

1. Conduct an internal kickoff meeting with the Project Manager, development teams, and the commercial team to clarify the entire project objective.
2. Create development environments: Trello (based on an existing template), Clockify, GIT, Slack channel, and standup meetings in the calendar.
3. Start creating documentation templates (based on the existing ones) in the respective Development folder (create it if it does not exist) and give access to all involved members (development, commercial, and Fábio).
   
   
4. Create the “Caderno de encargos” file
   This file will include all the technical decisions and features to be implemented.
   This file should be ready and validate by all teams involved: Client, Management, Development
   Tasks must be estimated before starting.
   
   
5. Estimate and agree on a timeline with the development team by sprints.
   Use the existing calendar template and, after constructing it, schedule the kickoff meeting with the client where the pre-defined demos should be agreed upon and scheduled in the calendar.
   • Project Manager: Mention the internal Development Process and how it should be executed.
   • Create testing/playground/staging environments.
