Client Onboarding

CRM
Responsible: Sales team
  1. Mark project as won and move the proposal to the Won Project folder
  2. Update metrics
  3. Update client data on the CRM with the legal entity
  4. Make sure project data and description it’s all clear and updated on CRM
  5. Pass by the information to the Marketing Team (So they can proceed with their items: Communication)
  6. Pass by the information to the Financials Team (So they can proceed with their items: Financials)
  7. Create a post on the General Slack channel talking about this new achievement

FINANCIALS
Responsible: TwoImpulse
  1. Open client data on Gestix or update
  2. Create the contract based on the template on Google Drive and inserting the proposal PPT screens (asking the sales team) and the technical deliverables (usually clauses 6 and 7)
  3. Validate the contract with FΓ‘bio
  4. Create the first invoice aligned with the information
  5. Schedule alerts to check with the project managers about the dates when other invoices will be sent
  6. Send the invoices using the email finances@pipecodes.com – on the first invoice, send also the contract
  7. After X days with no payment, using finances@pipecodes.com, ask client about payment, aligned with the Project Manager before.
  8. After 1st invoice is paid, inform Project Managers they can proceed – from now on, we only start working after 1st invoice is paid.
 
 

COMMUNICATION 
Responsible: Marketing Team

  1. Add the client logo on the Homepage
  2. Make sure we can start writing the case study using the information on the CRM – ask for more details if needed
  3. Create a new client alert post on Linkedin (if we think it’s an important project?)
 
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  1.  Check if 1st invoice was paid
